Design Notes

This composite part contains T7 promoter, 6xHis, RBS, CBD, linker, Thrombin cleavage site for DPK-060 mimic (LVPRGK), eGFP, and T7 terminator. The T7 promoter, T7 terminator, and RBS are basic components for protein synthesis. The 6xHis is applied for protein purification. The thrombin cleavage site for DPK-060 minic is added at the N-terminal of GFP to simplify the examination of DPK-060 release kinetic through fluorescence recording.
